I added asparagus to my healthy eating habits, because asparagus fights prostate cancer!

Today's lunch: sole with sliced almonds and real lemon juice, a mountain of sauté'd veggies (garlic, challots, carrots, corn, small peas, snow peas ("pois sucrés", the thicker kind), broccoli, colliflower, celery, green and red bell peppers, zucchini, all seasoned with many good spices and no salt: black pepper, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriandre), green tea and for dessert, my homemade chocolate pudding (with less than 1/20th cup of fructose per portion).

That's how I stay thin (as opposed to my fursonas).
