I doubt this is psychosomatic. I'm 99.9% sure it's real.

Today my lunch was less than nutritious. No veggies. Less than an hour after lunch, I felt drowsy, I needed a nap. Also, I started to feel depressed again, thinking too much about my problems.

For supper, we had veggies with our kebabs. I got a generous portion of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Vlam! I'm feeling better already! WTF??

Bottom line is: eat lots of mixed vegetables!!! Oh, and fruit too. :-)
